We work with startups, small-to-medium businesses, and enterprise teams across fintech, healthcare technology, e-commerce, SaaS, and professional services. Our engagements are typically with companies ready to invest seriously in technology as a competitive advantage.
We invoice clients via Stripe or bank transfer. Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance. Project-based engagements follow a milestone schedule outlined in the Statement of Work. We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Payment terms are Net 14 unless otherwise agreed.
Yes, absolutely. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs prior to any discovery conversations. Confidentiality is built into all of our service agreements as a standard term. We take the protection of your proprietary information seriously.
Upon full payment of invoices, clients own all custom code and deliverables created for their project. Infinexalabs retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary tools or libraries, which are licensed to you for use in your product. This is clearly documented in our service agreement.
